Scope of application

The unit for the sanitation of pipes R-13 R is designed for the sanitation of water pipes by the method of cement-sand coating of the inner surface in a centrifugal way.

Description and principle of operation

A powerful reciprocating mortar pump (developing an operating pressure of about 80 bar) allows you to transport a mixture with a small water-cement ratio (0.35) at a distance of up to 300 m, and a built-in variator allows you to adjust the capacity from 0 to 4 m3 / hour depending on the diameter of the pipe and the thickness of the applied layer.

The installation for the rehabilitation of pipes R-13 R is used for work on the application of cement-sand coating in pipes with a diameter of 80 to 1400 mm.

The principle of operation
At the same time as the electric motor is switched on, the compressor starts working. By turning the gearbox by means of a lever, the wedge belt is stretched, as a result of which the shafts with blades in the agitator and in the averager begin to rotate. The solution prepared in the agitator is unloaded through a flap rotated by a hand lever, through a vibrating sieve into the averager. The vibrating screen is activated using a special lever. By means of a lever on a pneumatic (diaphragm) switch, a friction clutch is turned on, as a result of which a pump begins to work, which sucks the solution from the averager and pumps it through a fuse through hoses to the place of consumption. The air from the compressor passes through the control valve and the fuse through the air hose also to the place of consumption, where it is mixed with the leaking solution in the sprayer. The control valve controls the operation of the pump through the diaphragm switch so that when the air pressure in the pipeline increases, it automatically turns off the pump coupling and turns it on again when the pressure drops.
