Scope of application

The PX200CAST concrete pump is designed for the production and supply of rigid and semi-rigid concrete mixes and heat-resistant concretes. It is used in metallurgy, in the production of raw iron, for concreting outlets and gutters, in the production of steel for concreting steel buckets, hatches, etc. It can also be used to perform various construction repairs.

Description and principle of operation

The dry mixture, which is fed into the pressure tank, is mixed with water by mixing blades made of wear-resistant steel. The exact amount of water enters the tank with the help of an electrodozer. The built-in ammeter, which displays the performance of the electric motor, makes it possible to find out about the readiness of the mixture, that is, the engine begins to consume significantly less electricity. Thanks to this, refractory concrete of the desired consistency is obtained.

Blades the finished mixture is dosed and pushed into the pressure pipe. The "Lower I." air entering the discharge pipe moves it further, which leads to a uniform movement of the mixture in the supply hoses. The mixture is served in portions. In order to avoid the return of the mixture to the pressure tank, when work is suspended, a valve is installed on the neck that feeds the mixture in portions. The mixture is ejected from the pipeline by an additional air flow.
