Scope of application

The PX 800 concrete pump is designed for the production and supply of rigid and semi-rigid concrete mixes and heat-resistant concretes. It is used in metallurgy, in the production of raw iron, for concreting outlets and gutters, in the production of steel for concreting steel buckets, manholes, etc.

Description and principle of operation

The PX 800 concrete pump is manufactured using the latest technical knowledge in the field of construction, as well as maintenance safety and is a continuation of the Strojstav CM series of products.

The concrete pump can also be used in construction, for concreting foundations of buildings, floors and dimensional concrete platforms.

The design of the PX 800 concrete pump and the placement of its individual components contribute to convenient maintenance or repair and increase the reliability of the equipment. The productivity of the concrete mixer and the supply of the mixture is on average about 10 m3/ hour.

The principle of operation
The concrete mixer PX 800 is loaded by means of a crane with a mixture supplied in large bags, the so-called "Big-Run". The exact amount of water is let into the tank with the help of an electrodozer.

The loaded mixture is mixed with the stirrer blades. The process of proper mixing of the mixture is controlled by a current meter located on the box of the electric distributor. At the same time, the properly mixed mixture noticeably reduces electricity consumption. The mixed mixture in the pressure tank is subjected to aeration by the movement of the blades and compressed air "upper air". The blades simultaneously move and dose the mixture into the discharge pipe of the tank. The auxiliary "lower I." air is let into the discharge pipe, moves it further, which leads to a uniform movement of the mixture in the supply hoses. Transportation of the mixture takes place in the form of clots. In order to avoid the return of the mixture to the hose, during a break in operation, the unit is equipped with a QUETSCH valve that closes the tank. The mixture is ejected from the hoses by the "lower II." air, which is admitted after this valve.
