Description and principle of operation

The CM 40 vario 2L6 mortar pump is manufactured using the most up-to-date technical knowledge in the field of design and maintenance safety and is the next in the product line of the Stroystav company. It is designed to supply all pumped types of building mortars and special mixtures.

The simple and lightweight design and layout of individual parts makes it convenient to maintain and repair the pumping unit and increases its operability. The pumping unit can be easily disassembled into separate parts, which allows it to be transported by a small passenger car.

Thanks to the built-in mechanical variator CM 40 vario 2L6 has the ability to smoothly regulate the supply of solution in the range from 0.2 to 2.4 m3 / hour.

The principle of operation
The mortar pump is loaded manually. It should be installed under the appropriate agitator (for example, the model STROYSTAV MN 151).

The screw pump located in the funnel delivers the mortar through transport hoses directly to the place of its use. If you include an air compressor, a plaster gun and an air hose in the equipment of the mortar pump, then we get a full-fledged plaster station.

The electric distributor is equipped with a lock against restarting, which means that after a power outage, the CM 40 vario 2L6 solution pump must be put into operation again (after removing the reason for the delay), for this you should press the green "I" button.

All electrical elements are in a waterproof and dust-proof box, which is mounted on the frame. All control components are conveniently located.
