The MN 250 mortar mixer is designed for the manufacture of building mortars, thin concrete mixtures, fire-fighting sprayed solutions, coatings, refractory concrete, adhesives, dry powdery materials, etc. Its main field of application is the metallurgical industry, where mixing of a difficult-to-mix heat-resistant mixture is necessary.

Description

The design of the MN 250 mortar mixer is based on modern technical knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering and occupational safety and is the next in a series of products from the STROYSTAV company.

The simple arrangement of the individual parts makes it convenient to maintain and repair the MN 250 mortar mixer, and also increases the reliability of the mixer in operation. The mixer is loaded manually with a shovel or directly from the packaging in bags. The required amount of water should be added using an appropriate container. The mixer drum and mixing blades are made of friction-resistant material, which makes it possible to process highly abrasive mixtures. The drive to the mixing blades is implemented through elastic elements, which increases their service life several times.
