Scope of application

Preparation of solutions from dry building mixes for machine application.
Transportation to the work site is 40 m horizontally and 20 m vertically.
Application of building mortars during interior and exterior finishing works with ready-made dry mixes for machine use (gypsum/gypsum-lime plaster, reinforcing plaster).

Description and principle of operation

The SMZ 120 G plaster station is used for the installation of self-leveling floors, for applying glue to the surface. The plaster station is easily dismantled into its component parts, which makes it easier to transport the station around the construction site.

Features of the SMZ 120 G plastering station
The electric gearbox, the feed screw and the screw pump are in the same axis and can operate vertically downwards or at an angle of 40° from the vertical axis. This setting makes it possible to use a longer screw pump. The feed capacity of the mixture can be selected if different types of screw pumps are used.

The principle of operation
Fill the dry plaster mixture into the loading hopper of the SMZ 120 G plaster station, from where a feeding device with an electric gearbox NORD (Germany) will deliver it to the mixing pipe. Also, water is supplied from the tank to the lower part of the mixing pipe. The feed screw together with the mixing chamber are connected to a screw pump, the rotation of which is provided by an electric gearbox. The mixed mixture is fed by a screw pump into the transport hose and through it into the plaster gun.

From the plaster gun, with the help of compressed air, the specified place is sprayed with a solution. Compressed air from the compressor is supplied to the plaster gun through an air supply hose from the air line. The supply of the mixture to the plaster gun can be adjusted by closing and opening the compressed air supply using a ball valve placed on the gun.
